The right items for your Nightstand

The nightstand is the extension of your mattress. Having the right sleep support accessories is key to allowing you to sleep soundly all night. Here are key items you should consider for your nightstand.

Sleep Aroma – Calming smells can help your body drift away. You should consider a room diffuser, scented candle (candles release scents even when they are not burning), room sprays, or scented sachets on your nightstand to fill your sleep space with relaxing aromas.

Water Carafes – Always have cool water by your bed. This way if you wake up in the middle of the night you do not have to wake your entire body up just to quench your thirst. This will help you fall back asleep much faster.

A premium alarm clock – You should never be worried about waking up at the correct time. If you have this concern, your body will not let you sleep deeply because it is nervous. A premium alarm clock gives you and your body the confidence that you will awake at the right time to start your day.

Fill the room with relaxing music – Never fall asleep to the TV. You will just have to wake up to turn it off. As you fall asleep, fill the room with soft relaxing music. The music should be instrumental so that you do not have to think about the words, and your CD player should auto turn off when the CD is finished.
