Hold Items
We can hold your pricing and any special financing terms of your purchase for up to 30 days. All merchandise is subject to the availability of the manufacturer. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to put a hold on pricing and any special financing terms.
Refunds
All refunds are available as immediate store credit or by check within 15 working days. Un-opened accessories and gifts may be returned within five days of purchase for store credit. A receipt is required.
Warranties
Our products carry various warranties from the manufacturer and we adhere to those guidelines. Extended warranties are available through the Sleep Solution. All warranty claims are subject to a full inspection.
Special Orders
Any product not normally displayed or carried in stock is considered a 'special order' which requires a 50% non refundable deposit.
Foundation Trade-In
Within 180 days of your purchase you may trade your stationary foundation in for full credit toward the purchase of our 'zero gravity adjustable foundation'. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Product Pick Up
If you decide not to use our Deluxe Delivery Service, you may pickup your purchase from our retail location or our Distribution Center. Please see our separate “Customer Pickup Guidelines” for details on how to schedule and expedite your merchandise pickup.
